Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork Classes 

I offer weekly yoga classes and breathwork and meditation workshops. Please see my current classes below.

Yoga Classes 

 

Tuesdays  

Denton Village Hall 9.30am - 10.30am 

 All Levels welcome 

This is a gentle class to stretch, strenghthen and relax you.

£10 per class, Drop in available 

Term Time only 

Thursday

Yoga at the Tipi  7pm-8pm

April - September only 

All levels welcome

Breathwork and Meditation 

BREATHWORK 

 

We all know how to breath but do we breath in a way that's beneficial for our wellbeing both mentally and physically.  

Learning about how your breath and understanding how to improve the quality of our breath by using simple breathing techniques could improve our overall health and wellbeing. 

Studies show that using breathing exercises can improve sleep, reduce anxiety, help with asthma symptoms, reduce high blood pressure and improve cardiovascular health. 

MEDITATION

 

Meditation can provide a moment of calm, by developing a regular practice you can create a greater understanding of yourself and feel rested and at peace.  Meditation is not about clearing the mind of all thoughts but fostering a greater sense of how you are feeling in the present moment and then using the breath or other techniques to give a single point of focus which allows the nervous system to relax.  The more we practice meditation the easier it becomes and our thoughts have more clarity, physically we relax and the mind begins to slow down.
