Connect to the magic of life with Yoga
Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and a connection to the natural environment gives us the tools we need to navigate life and generate a greater sense of connection to ourselves and the world we live in. When we decide to bring these elements into our lives they can transform how we feel, reducing stress, creating vitality in the body and generating an overall greater sense of purpose, happiness and belonging.
Many people believe that you have to be super flexible to do yoga but for me this couldn't be further from the truth. Yoga does improve flexibility, strength and reduces stress, helps us sleep better and is very accessible. We have been conditioned to believe that if we are not exercising at max speed then its not really doing us any good and while this type of full on exercise has its place its not always accessible or possible for many of us and can become unsustainable.
I believe that working with our bodies and deeply listening to what we need not what we think we need can have a transformative effect on our whole being. A yoga practice that you enjoy, is achievable and sustainable will be benefit you more than being able to do a headstand!
Yoga also opens us up to the power of using breathwork and meditation in our daily life. Sometimes these practices can be seen as a lesser part of the class but these practices can be invaluable to help combat many of the daily stresses we all experience.

We all feel better when we spend time outdoors connecting to the natural world and this is a big part of my own yoga practice.
